Returns and Refunds
We are happy to refund your item in the event of any default or damage where Wilderness Brae is considered at fault within 30 days of purchase. Please email us at info@wildernessbraehf.com to let us know in the first instance.
We are unable to accommodate any refund if it appears that your candle has not been burnt correctly in line with our candle care instructions supplied with each purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Your refund will not include postage.
